When I saw the new Classic Bluewater Jigs up at the trade show, I was so impressed that I decided they would instantly range for sale at our store. The level of detail and finish on these lures is impressive and represents some of the closest replicas I have ever seen to real bait fish. The standout for me personally was the Little GT Jig, particularly in silver natural and neon green finishes.
When I learned what Classic Bluewater Jigs would retail for at the trade show, I was taken aback, not because they were outrageously expensive but quite the opposite. Models For Sale
Let's take a closer look at the three models of Classic Bluewater Jigging Lures currently for sale. Bluewater Little GT Jig
This is by far my favourite of the bunch and, as mentioned earlier, was the one that caught my eye at the trade show. The Silver Natural and Neon Green colour patterns are both incredibly effective. Still, the level of detail and finishes on all these lures set them apart from anything else currently on the market. The action of the little GT is a wobbling/rolling action that will entice any pelagic species to take a bite.
The Bluewater Little GT Jig is available in sizes 40g, 60g, 80g and 100g with lengths respectively of 7.2cm, 8.2cm, 9cm and 9.8cm.
Bluewater Intruder Jig
The Bluewater Intruder is the next model in our range. This jig features a more erratic spiralling action than the Little GT, which makes it ideal for targeting species such as tuna and snapper. The erratic nature of this jig often confuses predators, who find it too much to handle. It would be a challenge to pick which colour to purchase as the mackerel, mullet, pilchard red and sardine all look deadly!
Intruder Jigs come in the following sizes and lengths; 45g - 6.6cm, 60g - 7.1cm and 80g 8.8cm.
Bluewater Seeker Jig
The final model in the range is the Bluewater Seeker Jig. This is a slim profile jig designed to work fast through the water column and gives off an irregular action. Like all the other jigs in this range, there is an impressive array of finishes and colours available, including mackerel, mullet, pilchard red and sardine.
