4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We prefer credit card transactions for overseas orders outside of Australia as we are able to better position ourselves and monitor against fraudulent transactions via fraud blacklisting and monitoring technology. We will also happily take bank transfer or western union on request. We also take PayPal as a method of payment for international transactions.
As we are based in Australia - currency rates are an estimate only. Banks and payment gateways can charge a conversion rate fee, and as currencies also fluctuate second by second there may be a difference between invoice and charge rate for international transactions only.
If delivery is outside of Australia - for some countries your government may impose a customs levy or tax, we have no idea about these and if you will or will not get charged tax. 8. ONLINE PRICING ONLY
Our pricing online is often cheaper than our ticketed in store prices. Please note that if you are local to our area prices listed on this site, on any email you receive or on any other online marketing channel we use are "online prices and deals only" and are not usually honoured in store.
Why do our prices online differ from those we have in our physical retail outlet? - Our margins online are a lot lower, sometimes razor thin online and we would not be able to operate our business in store viably if we were to sustain online pricing for in store sales. The cost to run a physical store is a lot! The cost to run an online store is minute in comparison.
Often we need to spend a lot of time with customers in store running through items which on a staff wage per hour basis for the amount of return on investment we get is extremely costly, whereas online little interaction with the customer is needed and we can get a lot more return on investment and productivity for the same wage. There are many other reasons as to why prices differ online to those in store but from the information provided so far we hope you understand if you want the extra face to face traditional service, you will need to pay for that service.

Any orders placed online are not able to be picked up and will be shipped.

If at any one time we decide to run promotions where multiple coupon codes are available only one coupon code is able to be used at any one time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or code. You will need to choose to use the one that best suits you.
