Freight Charges for Ocean Storm Fishing Tackle

Australian Freight Charges:

A Base freight charge of$5.95 Shipping and processing fee applies to all orders + 2.2%

example 1: order total of  $100 would attract (freight = $5.95 + 2.2%[$2.20] = $8.15

example 2: order total of  $500 would attract (freight = $5.95 + 2.2%[$11.00] = $16.95

Cash on Delivery Service - Available to Australia Only

This method of payment is still available - but was removed on 19 June 2009 from the automatic payment option choice due to abuse of this service, (customers not picking up their orders).

Should you wish for us to send your items to you for payment by "Cash On Delivery" you are now required to email your order to us online@fishingtackleshop.com.au requesting "cash on delivery" as payment method.

Freight for COD orders no longer fall under the freight scheme above and full freight and COD Surcharge now applies to any orders required to be sent Via COD. 

Note: Freight Cost for COD = Full Australia Post Cost per KG or per Cubic KG. + $9.85 Cash on Delivery Surcharge.

New Zealand & USA Freight Charge & Conditions
 

$29.00 + 4% of product value Shipping and handling fee is applied. 

example 1: Order total of $100 would cost in freight ($29.00 base + 4% [$4] = $33.00

example 2: Order total of $500 would cost in freight ($29.00 base + 4% [$20] = $49.00

Most orders will be shipped via Australia post Airmail registered, express or TNT Express Couriers.

Most Fishing rods & combo's and Sinkers cannot be shipped overseas. The freight to send these items is simply too expensive and will not be covered under our flat rate shipping cost detailed above. Of course We would be more than happy to send these sorts of goods should you be happy to pay a surcharge.

We do have other several bulky good type items on our website. Most items on our website are ok an will be covered by the standard website automatic freight calculator however, in some circumstances where bulky type items are ordered the website automatic freight calculation will not be enough to cover the actual freight cost. Should this be the case we will contact you first and let you know there will be a surcharge and you can then either accept or decline the order.

If you are not in Australia, New Zealand, or the USA you must contact us first at online@fishingtackleshop.com.au for a freight charge as our shopping cart is not compatible to give you the correct rates. Any order without a freight quotation prior to ordering is subject to being rejected or a manual surcharge to compensate freight to be added.
