Brett Bradbury the captain: Born and raised
in Kiama, Brett has fished Kiama waters for over 30 years. Brett has been
involved in commercial and recreational fishing for much of his life. Since the
purchase of KATO III, Brett has specialized in group and corporate charters.
Brett has a great rapport with his clients over many years of repeat business
with his commitment to fish on faster!
A magnificent Steber 41, Kato III was originally commissioned by the Sydney
Aquarium to collect fish and other marine life. Owner /skipper Brett Bradbury
purchased her in 2001. He has introduced hundreds of clients to the excitement
of chasing marlin, tuna, blue eye cod and reef fish. With a top speed of 23
knots and an average cruising speed of 15-17 knots, Kato III is fast and
comfortable. Kato III maintains the highest of comfort and safety standards with
all the necessary emergency gear and trained crew.
